1. Postanowienia Ogólne
Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze sklepu internetowego JankiCandles.pl, prowadzonego przez: Janki candles, PLOCKA 38/04, 01-152 Warszawa
Regulamin reguluje umowy zawierane na odległość pomiędzy Sprzedawcą a Klientem. Kupujący zobowiązany jest zapoznać się z Regulaminem przed złożeniem zamówienia.
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online store JankiCandles.pl, operated by: Janki candles , PLOCKA 38/04, 01-152 Warszawa, Poland,.
These Terms govern distance contracts entered into between the Seller and the Customer. The Buyer is required to read these Terms before placing an order.
2. Składanie i Realizacja Zamówień
Klient może złożyć zamówienie, dodając produkty do koszyka i przechodząc proces kasy.
- Wszystkie ceny w sklepie są cenami brutto wyrażonymi w PLN (złotych polskich).
- Koszty wysyłki są doliczane osobno i są wyraźnie widoczne przed ostatecznym zatwierdzeniem zamówienia.
- Umowa sprzedaży zostaje zawarta z chwilą wysłania przez Sprzedawcę e-maila potwierdzającego przyjęcie zamówienia do realizacji.
2. Placing and Fulfilling Orders
The Customer may place an order by adding products to the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
- All prices in the store are gross prices expressed in PLN (Polish Złoty).
- Shipping costs are calculated separately and are clearly displayed before the final confirmation of the order.
- The sales contract is concluded when the Seller sends an email confirming that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
3. Sposoby Płatności i Dostawa
Sklep oferuje następujące formy płatności: szybkie przelewy online (Visa/PayPal/BLIK/SumUp/Apple Pay) oraz przelewy tradycyjne.
Dostawa odbywa się na terytorium Polski za pośrednictwem firm kurierskich oraz Paczkomatów InPost. Termin realizacji zamówienia wynosi zazwyczaj od [np. 2 do 5] dni roboczych od momentu zaksięgowania wpłaty.
3. Methods of Payment and Delivery
The Store offers the following methods of payment: secure online transfers (Visa/PayPal /BLIK/SumUp/Apple Pay) and traditional bank transfers.
Delivery is carried out within Poland via courier companies and InPost parcel lockers. Order processing time is typically [e.g., 2 to 5] business days from the date the payment is cleared.
4. Prawo do Odstąpienia od Umowy (Zwroty)
Konsument ma prawo odstąpić od umowy bez podania przyczyny w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania towaru.
Aby zachować ten termin, należy wysłać oświadczenie o odstąpieniu od umowy na adres: info@jankicandles.pl. Koszt odesłania towaru ponosi Konsument. Zwracane świece nie mogą nosić śladów używania (zapalania, nacinania knotów itp.).
4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
To meet the deadline, a declaration of withdrawal must be sent to: info@jankicandles.pl. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer. Returned candles must not show any signs of use (being lit, trimmed wicks, etc.).
5. Reklamacje i Rękojmia
Sprzedawca jest zobowiązany dostarczyć towar wolny od wad i zgodny z umową.
W przypadku stwierdzenia wad (np. uszkodzenie szkła w transporcie, wady fabryczne), prosimy o zgłoszenie reklamacji na adres e-mail: info@jankicandles.pl wraz z opisem wady i zdjęciami. Reklamacje rozpatrujemy w ciągu 14 dni.
5. Complaints and Warranty
The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free of defects and in conformity with the contract.
In case of discovering defects (e.g., glass damaged in transit, manufacturing defects), please submit a complaint to: info@jankicandles.pl along with a description and photos of the defect. We resolve complaints within 14 days.
6. Bezpieczeństwo Użytkowania Świec
Świece rzemieślnicze należy użytkować ściśle według instrukcji umieszczonej na etykiecie każdego produktu. Sprzedawca nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody wynikające z nieprawidłowego lub nienależytego korzystania z produktów (np. pozostawienie zapalonej świecy bez nadzoru lub w pobliżu materiałów łatwopalnych).
6. Candle Safety
Handmade candles must be used strictly in accordance with the safety instructions printed on each product’s label. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper or negligent use of the products (e.g., leaving a burning candle unattended or placing it near flammable materials).
7. Pozasądowe Rozwiązywanie Sporów
Konsument ma możliwość skorzystania z unijnej platformy ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) służącej polubownemu rozstrzyganiu sporów konsumenckich na odległość. Link do platformy: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
