1. Right of Return
Under Polish consumer law, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be intact and unopened.
- Personalised and custom-made candles are non-returnable, unless they are defective.
- Products damaged in transit — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
3. How to Make a Return?
To make a return, contact us by email at info@jankicandles.pl, providing your order number and reason for return. We will send you further instructions.
4. Refund
Once the returned item has been received and verified, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or sent in error. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Complaints
If the product is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@jankicandles.pl. Please include photos of the product and a description of the issue. We will process your complaint within 14 days.
