Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Right of Return

Under Polish consumer law, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be intact and unopened.
Personalised and custom-made candles are non-returnable, unless they are defective.
Products damaged in transit — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Make a Return?

To make a return, contact us by email at info@jankicandles.pl, providing your order number and reason for return. We will send you further instructions.

4. Refund

Once the returned item has been received and verified, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or sent in error. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Complaints

If the product is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@jankicandles.pl. Please include photos of the product and a description of the issue. We will process your complaint within 14 days.

Zwroty i Reklamacje

Twoja satysfakcja jest naszym najwyższym priorytetem. Jeśli nie jesteś zadowolony ze swojego zamówienia, jesteśmy gotowi pomóc.

1. Prawo do zwrotu

Zgodnie z polskim prawem konsumenckim, masz prawo do zwrotu towaru w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania zamówienia, bez podania przyczyny.

2. Warunki zwrotu

Produkt musi być nienaruszony i nieotwarty.
Świece personalizowane oraz robione na indywidualne zamówienie nie podlegają zwrotowi, chyba że są wadliwe.
Produkty uszkodzone podczas transportu — prosimy o kontakt w ciągu 48 godzin od dostawy.

3. Jak dokonać zwrotu?

Aby dokonać zwrotu, skontaktuj się z nami drogą mailową pod adresem info@jankicandles.pl, podając numer zamówienia i powód zwrotu. Wyślemy Ci dalsze instrukcje.

4. Zwrot środków

Po otrzymaniu i zweryfikowaniu zwróconego produktu, zwrot środków zostanie zrealizowany w ciągu 5–10 dni roboczych przy użyciu pierwotnej metody płatności.

5. Koszty wysyłki zwrotnej

Koszty wysyłki zwrotnej pokrywa klient, chyba że produkt był wadliwy lub został wysłany przez pomyłkę. W takim przypadku to my pokryjemy koszty wysyłki zwrotnej.

6. Reklamacje

Jeśli produkt jest wadliwy lub uszkodzony, skontaktuj się z nami natychmiast pod adresem info@jankicandles.pl. Prosimy o dołączenie zdjęć produktu oraz opisu problemu. Rozpatrzymy Twoją reklamację w ciągu 14 dni.
